MARC ANTHONY BOWEN
Born in Pesaro, Marc Anthony began his musical journey studying at the Rossini Conservatory in Italy, where he developed a strong foundation in classical music and music theory. During his teenage years, exposure to a diverse vinyl collection, especially coming from his father, sparked his interest in electronic music, sampling, and sound design.
He later moved to Rome to study modular synthesis and deepen his understanding of sound and music production, subsequently completing an Audio Engineering program in Milan.
Today, he is a resident artist at Muovo Musica and a resident DJ and artistic curator for GoaUltrabeat, iconic Rome-based events destination. Alongside performing, he curates events and collaborates with European collectives, contributing to projects across Italy and abroad. His work combines a background in classical music with a strong focus on electronic music, analogue synthesis, and audio production.
